A category-defining 0→1 and 1→10 and beyond tech leader with solid startup DNA, someone who has built and scaled complex, multi-stakeholder platforms.
NWhat You'll Do:

- Own engineering execution across select products and platforms N
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing engineering teams N
- Own sprint planning, delivery, release management and engineering metrics N
- Partner closely with Product, Design and Business to drive architecture decisions that ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform evolution N
- Own the reliability, performance, and availability of the platforms and services managed by your team N
- Continuously improve system architecture, engineering processes,



and operational excellence to support business growth teams to translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions N
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement N

- Strong software engineering fundamentals with solid system design knowledge N
- Experience building andscaling modern web applications and APIs with hands on approach wherever needed N
- AI-native development mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity N
- Experience with our technology stack: React, React Native, Node.Js, Java, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS N
- Strong understanding ofcloud infrastructure, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices N
- Ability to review code,mentor engineers, and make pragmatic technical decisions N
- Comfortable balancing hands-on technical contributions with people leadership N
