Experience in development and customization of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery [Employee Service Management] applications, including:n
HR Case Managementn
HR Knowledge Managementn
Employee Service Center (Portal)n
Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)n
Employee Document Managementn
Performance Analytics for HRn
Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)n
Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPsn
Web Services, JDBC, SFTP integration experiencen
Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testingn
Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSSn
Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSDn
Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologyn
Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processesn
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)n
