NAbout the Role:

- Handle inbound & outbound international customer calls and provide customer support related to e-commerce, orders, transactions, and products. N
- Resolve International customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively. N
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. N
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards. N
- Update customer interactions and details in the system. N
- Follow company communication guidelines and processes. N
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when needed. N

nQualifications

- Fresher to 3 years of experience in Customer Service in an International Process. N
- Excellent English communication skills required (C1). N
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts & rotational week-offs. N

nPay range and compensation package
NThe maximum budget is 3.2LPA;
