- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong experience in Python. N
- Robust proficiency in Python programming, OOP, data structures and algorithms. N
- Experience building production-grade applications, backend services or automation frameworks. N
- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices and software architecture. N
- Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django. N




- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases;
exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus. N
- Experience with Git, CI/CD and software development best practices. N
- Good understanding of testing frameworks such as PyTest. N
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch. N
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering or AI-powered application development will be an advantage. N
- Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into software applications is highly desirable. N
- Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills. N
