Job DescriptionWe are looking for a recent qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to join our Internal Audit team. The role offers an excellent chance to gain exposure to governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, business process reviews, and data analytics within a quick-growing NBFC.
nThe candidate will work closely with senior management and business teams to strengthen internal controls, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal policies.

n Key Role & Responsibilities:
n Internal Audit Execution
n

Assist in planning and execution of risk-based internal audits across business LAP, LAS, Treasury and support functions.n
Perform process walkthroughs and testing of financial, operational, compliance, and IT controls.n
Prepare audit workpapers in accordance with Internal Audit Standards.n
Assist in drafting audit observations, risk ratings, and practical recommendations.n





n Regulatory & Compliance Reviews
n

Support audits covering RBI regulations applicable to NBFCsn
Review compliance with credit policies and approval matrix, SOPs, Board-approved frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.n
Participate in thematic and regulatory reviews.n
Review compliance with credit policies and approval matrixn
Verify KYC, CKYC, AML compliancen

n Documentation & Disbursement Controls
n

Verify completeness of loan documentationn
Review mortgage/pledge creation and disbursement controlsn
Review EMI, interest application, MTM monitoring, and insurance coveragen

n Asset Classification & Income Recognition
n

Verify IRAC norms, SMA/NPA identification, provisioningn
Prepare audit reports and track closure of observationsn
