Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Siemens NX MBD & Anark Integration Lead / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Siemens NX MBD/PMI, Teamcenter PLM, Anark Core, and Anark Workstation , with expertise in integrating engineering data and creating interactive 3D PDF and HTML5 technical data packages .

The candidate will work closely with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, PLM, CAD, and Enterprise IT teams to establish MBD standards, optimize engineering processes, and drive digital engineering transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Siemens NX MBD & PMI

- Act as a technical SME for Siemens NX MBD, PMI, and Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) .
- Develop and maintain MBD modeling standards, PMI conventions, Model Views, and reusable PMI libraries .
- Apply GD&T; standards - ASME Y14.5, ASME Y14.41, and ISO 16792 .
- Establish MBD validation and quality procedures.
- Support migration from traditional 2D drawings to 3D Model-Based Definition workflows .
- Provide technical guidance, training, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Anark Integration

- Configure and maintain integration between Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and Anark Core/Workstation .
- Develop and optimize Anark publishing recipes for 3D PDF, HTML5, and technical data packages.
- Extract and map PMI, metadata, BOM structures, and Model Views .
- Troubleshoot publishing failures, graphics translation issues, and schema inconsistencies.
- Support workflow automation using Anark APIs and SDKs .

Enterprise Collaboration





- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, PLM, CAD, and Enterprise IT teams .
- Support use cases including CMM inspection, CNC programming, supplier RFQs, and technical data distribution .
- Work with CAD/PLM administrators on upgrades, API configuration, and workflow automation.
- Ensure technical data packages meet security, IP protection, quality, and compliance requirements .
- Follow SDLC processes for implementation and deployment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline .
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens NX CAD , including NX MBD/PMI.
- 2+ years of direct experience with Anark Core / Anark Workstation .
- Strong experience in Teamcenter PLM integration .
- Strong knowledge of ASME Y14.5, ASME Y14.41, and ISO 16792 .
- Experience with STEP AP242, JT, 3D PDF, WebGL/HTML5, and XML data schemas .
- Programming/automation experience using NX Open, Python, C++, Anark SDK, or REST APIs .
- Experience integrating Anark with Teamcenter and/or ERP/MES systems .
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and change-management skills.
