CONEXIONS INDIA has completed 18 years in the travel industry and is looking for an experienced Short-Haul Travel Consultant with strong knowledge of B2C Sales & Operations .

? Destination knowledge is a MUST.

Candidates with insufficient experience or limited destination knowledge are requested NOT to apply.

? WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 3–6 years of relevant travel industry experience

• Excellent knowledge of Short-Haul destinations

• Solid command over Sales as well as Operations

- Ability to independently handle enquiries, quotations, bookings and operations
- Excellent destination and product knowledge
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills

? Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2C travel enquiries from lead to booking




- Strong sales skills with the ability to convert enquiries into bookings
- Prepare quotations, itineraries and holiday packages
- Excellent knowledge of Short-Haul destinations
- Handle flight, hotel, transfers, sightseeing and complete package operations
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers
- Manage amendments, cancellations and post-booking support
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the travel j
