Shift: Rotational (Day/Night) & General (as per requirement)

Job Objective

To ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation and maintenance of the ETP/Water Division and Utility Systems—including ETP, RO, UF, MBR, RODM, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, and

Chillers. Responsible for maintaining compliance with environmental and safety standards and ensuring treated water quality meets regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operation & Monitoring

● Operate and monitor all systems: ETP, RO, RODM, UF, MBR, CT-3, Air Compressors, and Chillers.

● Monitor key parameters (flow, pressure, pH, TDS, temperature,Turbidity, DO & DM water quality) via HMI/PLC/SCADA/manual readings.

● Ensure continuous and reliable utility supply to production.

1. Maintenance





● Conduct first-level troubleshooting and escalate when necessary. ● Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for ETP-1, 2, RODM, CT-3, Chillers,

and Compressors.

● Plan and execute membrane replacements (DTRO, Spiral membranes, UF, MBR).

● Co-ordination with operators during probing tests and operational assessments for RO systems.

● Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables to prevent downtime.

1. Water & Effluent Treatment

● Manage chemical dosing,Decanter operation, pump/blower operation, and effluent treatment processes. ● Ensure & Verify treated water meets GPCB/CPCB compliance parameters.

● Maintain records for influent, effluent, sludge disposal, and other statutory parameters.

1. Utility System Performance

● Optimize chemical and energy usage across ETP systems. ● Monitor equipment performance and initiate improvements where necessary.

● Report anomalies and assist in root cause analysis.

1. Safety, Compliance & Training

● Enforce SOPs, LOTO, PPE, and safety practices at all times. ● Conduct regular Toolbox Talks (minimum 270/year).

● Report at least one near-miss or unsafe act/condition per week.

● Train workers on SHE, OHC,



and SOPs for safe and efficient operations.

1. Documentation & Reporting

● Maintain daily operation logs, shift handover notes, MIS, and SAP entries & VAMS. ● Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

● Track chemical and spare inventory with regular updates.

1. Communication & Coordination

● Coordinate with Maintenance, Electrical, Instrumentation, Production, and Stores teams. ● Liaise with OEMs, service vendors, and suppliers for equipment, service, and spares.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

● In-depth knowledge of ETP technologies, RODM operations (DAF, UF, MBR, RO, RODM) and

Utility operations.

● Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, membrane maintenance, and chemical optimization.

● Awareness of GPCB/CPCB regulatory compliance.

● Proficiency in SAP, VAMS, MIS tools, inventory control, and audit preparation.

● Strong team management, shift leadership, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
