We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Telecom Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT/SOMT) and telecom transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT/SOMT) solutions.

Design and implement end-to-end telecom processes covering:

Lead → Prospect → Quote → Order Capture → Order Management → Fulfillment → Service Activation → Billing

Define scalable solution architectures across:

- Lead & Opportunity Management
- Quote Management
- Product & Service Catalog
- Order Capture & Order Entry
- Order Decomposition
- Order Fulfillment
- Service Activation
- Inventory & Resource Management
- Billing Integration

Design integrations between ServiceNow and Telecom BSS/OSS platforms.

Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow development and implementation teams.

Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and transformation initiatives.

Drive automation, workflow optimization, and best practices across telecom operations.
