Role Description The Servicenow Teacher and Mentor will deliver structured online lessons on Servicenow concepts, configuration, and best practices to school-age and pre-university learners. This contract, remote role involves preparing curriculum-aligned learning materials, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises that make complex topics accessible and engaging.

The individual will guide learners through projects, provide feedback on assignments, and support their progress through mentoring, Q&A; sessions, and regular check-ins.



The role includes collaborating with Minversity’s academic team to refine course content, assess learning outcomes, and continuously improve the teaching approach for diverse learner groups.

Qualifications

- Robust Servicenow platform skills, including core modules, configuration, and practical application.
- Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring in a technical or STEM subject, preferably with online instruction.
- Ability to design clear lesson plans, projects, and assessments tailored to K–12 or early-career learners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills in virtual learning environments.
- Comfort with edtech tools, learning management systems, and collaborative online platforms.
- Patience, empathy, and a learner-centered mindset, with a commitment to inclusive and equitable education.
- Relevant certification or coursework in Servicenow, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior experience working in education, training, or youth-focused programs is a plus.
