We are looking for a ServiceNow - Moveworks Senior Consultant with strong experience in enterprise platform implementation, system integrations, and AI-powered employee experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead ServiceNow and Moveworks implementation projects and workstreams.
- Configure Moveworks AI Assistant, AI Agents, plugins, conversational flows, and enterprise search.
- Work on ServiceNow, Workday, HRIS, and ITSM integrations.
- Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks,



and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, security, and enterprise technology teams.

Preferred

- Experience with Moveworks or similar conversational AI platforms.

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
