A mid-level ServiceNow Developer to design and implement solutions that align with business goals. Responsible for the full development life cycle from requirement gathering to deployment, focusing on automating IT services and enhancing user experience through up-to-date platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Platform Development: Design, configure, and customize core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, ITOM & CMDB.

- Workflow Automation: Build and manage complex workflows using Flow Designer, and Business Rules.

- Custom Scripting: Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript and Glide APIs for Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.

- System Integrations: Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

- Maintenance & Upgrades: Support platform upgrades, patching, and cloning across sub-production and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- CSA: Certified System Administrator (Mandatory).

- CAD: Certified Application Developer.

- CIS: Certified Implementation Specialist
