Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ServiceNow tools.
- Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations to automate IT processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users on the use of ServiceNow platform.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Robust understanding of project portfolio management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Groovy for developing custom scripts.
- Experience with integration technologies like REST APIs or messaging queues.
