Roles and Responsibilities

Infrastructure Administration

- Manage Windows and Linux server environments (installation, configuration, tuning, and maintenance)

- Ensure high availability and performance of production systems

- Perform server patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management

Web &

- Application Hosting

- Manage IIS, NGINX, and Apache web servers

- Host and troubleshoot applications built on:

- .NET Framework / .NET Core

- Java based applications (Tomcat/WebLogic if applicable)

- Python applications (Flask/Django)

- Ensure application uptime and performance optimization

Active Directory &

- Identity Management

- Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

- Handle user authentication, permissions, and access control policies

Networking &

- Security Coordination

- Coordinate with firewall teams (Sophos or equivalent)

- Manage DNS, SSL certificates, load balancing, and network configurations

- Ensure secure infrastructure practices and system hardening

Monitoring, Backup &

- DR

- Implement and maintain monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, Grafana, etc.)

- Manage backup strategies and disaster recovery plans

- Ensure compliance with RPO/RTO requirements

- Windows Server Administration (2019/2022/2025)

- Linux Server Administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS)

- IIS Web Server Management

- NGINX / Apache Web Server Administration

- .NET / Python application hosting & troubleshooting

- Docker (Windows &
- Linux environments)

- Microsoft Azure (VMs, Networking, Storage, IAM basics)

- Active Directory (AD DS, GPO management)

- DNS, DHCP, SSL certificate management

- Server monitoring, backup, and patch management

- Incident management and RCA handling

Good to Have Skills

- Kubernetes Administration (AKS / On-prem clusters)

- CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI)

- PowerShell &
- Shell Scripting (automation)

- DevOps toolchain understanding

- VMware / Hyper-V virtualization platforms

- Monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, Prometheus)

- Sophos Firewall or similar enterprise firewall experience

- Cloud security, hardening, and compliance practices

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
