Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SEO & Social Media Marketing (SSM) professional with strong expertise in lead generation and sales lead management. The candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, generating quality leads through digital channels, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking, organic traffic, and online visibility.
- Manage Social Media Marketing (SSM) campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Generate quality sales leads through SEO, social media, Google Ads, and other digital channels, AI Automation.
- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor, track, and analyse leads from different digital sources.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain lead databases and track lead status, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Create engaging social media content and coordinate with creative/content teams.
- Analyse competitors, keywords, market trends,
and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports on leads generated, conversion rates, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
Requirements:- - Must be a graduate.
- 2–5 years of experience in SEO, SSM/Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Proven experience in generating sales leads through digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools and Cloud AI
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working with sales teams.
Preferred Experience in Real Estate, Property, Construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
