Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Vice President – Business Manager to drive business performance, operational excellence, governance, reporting transformation, and stakeholder management across global Fund Administration and Fund Accounting operations.

The role will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Fund Accounting Leads, Client Service teams, and Support Functions to deliver business strategy, operational efficiency, financial performance, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Asset Servicing, Alternative Investments, and Client Delivery Operations, while driving organizational growth and operational excellence.

The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leveraging data-driven insights, business intelligence, financial analytics, and governance frameworks to support strategic decision-making and scalable business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Management & Strategy

- Partner with Executive Management and Business Heads to define and execute strategic business objectives.
- Drive business planning, budgeting, capacity management, forecasting, and performance tracking activities.
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve profitability, scalability, client service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Fund Accounting leadership to enhance operating models across global fund administration functions.
- Support growth initiatives, business expansion, client transitions, acquisitions, and integration activities.
- Provide business insights through analysis of operational, financial, and client performance metrics.
- Drive transformation initiatives across Fund Accounting, Investor Services, Transfer Agency, Depositary, and Asset Servicing functions.

Fund Accounting Business Oversight

- Provide strategic oversight of Fund Accounting and Fund Administration operations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner with operational leaders to monitor NAV delivery, financial reporting, valuation processes, and client servicing performance.
- Review and analyze key operational metrics, productivity indicators, control environments, and commercial performance.
- Support business management across Alternative Investment Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Credit, Hedge Funds, Hybrid Funds, and Fund of Funds structures.
- Drive initiatives focused on operational excellence, service quality, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
- Evaluate resource utilization, workforce planning,



and capacity management across business functions.

Reporting, Analytics & Management Information Systems

- Design and implement executive dashboards, scorecards, and business intelligence frameworks.
- Develop meaningful management reporting covering:

- NAV Delivery Metrics

- Operational KPIs

- Client Service Performance

- Financial Performance

- Productivity and Capacity Metrics

- Risk and Control Indicators

- Revenue and Profitability Analysis
- Drive reporting automation and digitization initiatives.
- Utilize Power BI, Excel, and analytics tools to provide actionable business insights.
- Present business performance updates to Executive Leadership and Global Management Committees.

Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, clients, investors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on operational and commercial decisions.
- Lead governance forums, executive business reviews, and leadership committees.
- Facilitate collaboration across Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, HR, and Client Service teams.
- Manage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple global locations.

Process Improvement & Digital Transformation

- Identify process optimization and automation opportunities across Fund Administration operations.
- Lead implementation of operational transformation and digital innovation initiatives.
- Drive efficiency improvements through Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Partner with Technology teams to enhance reporting platforms, workflow tools, and operational infrastructure.
- Promote innovation and adoption of emerging technologies within business processes.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and client obligations.
- Support business governance related to:

- NAV Production

- Valuation Oversight

- Financial Reporting Controls

- Operational Risk Frameworks

- Client Service Standards
- Oversee remediation of audit observations and risk issues.
- Monitor operational risk metrics and control effectiveness.




- Maintain strong governance and data management standards.

People Leadership

- Lead and mentor senior managers and functional leaders.
- Establish high-performance teams focused on accountability, client service, and operational excellence.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement, talent retention, and capability development programs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA, CA, CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Advanced certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Business Analysis, or Change Management are advantageous.

Experience

- 15+ years of experience within Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Asset Servicing, Financial Services, Investment Operations, or Business Management functions.
- Proven leadership experience managing global teams and senior stakeholders.
- Solid experience in Fund Accounting and Fund Administration environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Alternative Investment structures including:

- Private Equity

- Real Estate

- Private Credit

- Hedge Funds

- Fund of Funds

- Hybrid Funds
- Experience overseeing NAV production, fund financial statements, investor reporting, and valuation governance processes.
- Proven track record in business transformation, operational excellence, reporting automation, and strategic planning.
- Experience working in multinational and multi-jurisdiction fund administration environments.
