Head Investor Relations | Senior Vice President

Location: Sion, Mumbai

Function: Finance | Reporting to: CFO

Experience: 15+ years, preferably in a listed real estate company, investment banking, equity research, PE, or financial services.

Role:

Lead Investor Relations and act as the key interface between the company and institutional investors, analysts, lenders, rating agencies, and capital-market stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage investor and analyst relationships and institutional engagement.
- Drive investor communication, equity story, and quarterly/annual results.
- Support capital raising, fundraising, and market-related initiatives.
- Provide market, peer, and investor intelligence to senior management.
- Manage investor meetings, roadshows,



analyst interactions, and disclosures.
- Advise the CMD, CEOs, CFO, and senior leadership on investor expectations and market perception.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and consistency in investor communication.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA/PGDM Finance, CA, CFA, or equivalent.
- Solid financial modelling, valuation, capital markets, and real estate knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to interact with CXOs and institutional investors.
