URGENT HIRING — TELECALLER

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–3 years of Telecalling experience

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience

We are urgently looking for a confident and experienced Telecaller to join our team.

The candidate should have excellent Telugu communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and have good knowledge of MS Office.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of Telecalling experience — Mandatory
- Telugu communication — Mandatory
- Confident and skilled personality
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
- Good customer-handling skills
- MS Office knowledge — Mandatory
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service or telecalling experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers




- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements
- Explain products/services clearly
- Follow up with potential customers
- Maintain call records and customer information
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Coordinate with the sales team when required
- Maintain regular follow-ups
