Sr. Engineer Technical Support

Job Title: Sr. Engineer Technical Support | Remote I/O & Controls

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: B.E./M.E./M.Tech Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering

Notice Period: 30 Days

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support / Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in PLC programming, industrial automation, Remote I/O and industrial networking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for PLC, Remote I/O, valve terminals and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC, I/O, communication and network-related issues remotely and at site.
- Handle commissioning, validation, integration and troubleshooting of automation systems.
- Work with industrial Ethernet protocols such as PROFINET, EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs from Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi or Omron.




- Support customers/OEMs and provide technical guidance for automation solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and conduct technical training when required.
- Work with global/multicultural teams on automation-related technical issues.

Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial Automation / Controls
- Robust hands-on PLC Programming & Troubleshooting
- Experience with Remote I/O / Distributed I/O
- Industrial communication/networking experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Hands-on experience in commissioning and customer technical support
- PF account mandatory
- Official notice period: 30 days only

Preferred: Experience with Festo electric/pneumatic automation products, PLCs, valve terminals and Remote I/O systems.
