nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a highly experienced, mature, and well-groomed Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management/C-Suite executives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with Directors, CEOs, MDs, or other senior leadership and should be comfortable handling confidential and high-priority matters independently.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules.n
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.n
- Handle emails, correspondence, follow-ups, and documentation.n
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, presentations, reports, and MIS as required.n
- Coordinate business travel, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and itineraries.n
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.n
- Follow up on important tasks and ensure timely closure.n
- Coordinate and schedule C-Suite meetings and business discussions.n




- Handle multiple priorities and manage last-minute requirements effectively.n
- Assist senior management with personal and official coordination when required.n
- Maintain records, important documents, contacts, and business information.n
- Act as a reliable point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.n

nCandidate Profile:

- n
- 6–10 years of relevant experience as an EA/Executive Assistant to CEO, MD, Director, Chairman, or C-Suite executive.n
- Strong experience working in a corporate environment.n
- Excellent English communication and written skills.n
- Solid organisational and time-management skills.n
