About the Role

n

We are looking for an Academic Coordinator to manage the end-to-end academic planning and execution of executive programs. The role involves creating term-wise academic calendars, mapping faculty to modules, coordinating academic delivery, and ensuring seamless program operations.

n

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

n

n
- Develop and manage term-wise academic calendars for all programs.
n
- Map faculty to relevant modules and coordinate schedules and availability.
n
- Coordinate curriculum delivery, assessments, workshops,



and residencies.
n
- Ensure session readiness, course material availability, and LMS coordination.
n
- Act as the primary liaison between faculty, program managers, and operations teams.
n
- Maintain academic trackers, attendance, feedback, and program documentation.
n

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

n

n
- 100% academic calendar published before term commencement.
n
- Faculty mapped and confirmed before the start of each term.
n
- 95%+ adherence to academic schedules with minimal session changes.
n
- Course materials and faculty briefs shared at least 5 days before sessions.
n
- Academic queries and scheduling issues resolved within defined SLAs.

Qualifications

n

n
- Master''s degree & Above
n
- 7-10 years of experience in Academic Operations, Program Coordination, or Higher Education/EdTech.
n
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, stakeholder management, and academic planning.
