We are looking for a highly motivated Technical lead (Automation Engineer) to support and enhance our digital content production and publishing workflows. The ideal candidate will combine solid technical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication to help automate processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality digital content.

Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Node JS, Extend script
Proficiency in working with structured data formats such as JSON, and CSV.
Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
Experience with digital content creation, transformation, and publishing workflows.
Familiarity with content management systems and publishing pipelines.

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for digital content production and publishing workflows.
Work with structured content and data formats to support content transformation and delivery.
Collaborate with editorial, production, and technology teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor publishing workflows and proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the content lifecycle.
Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Awareness of project dependencies and the ability to communicate status, risks, and blockers proactively.

Familiarity with workflow automation tools and content transformation processes.
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and scripting is a plus.
Experience working with XML-based publishing systems is an advantage.

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused production environment.
