About the Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to drive the design and development of scalable backend platforms, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern Microsoft technologies, cloud-native architectures, and high-impact digital transformation initiatives. Design and develop backend services and platform components using. NET (C#) and microservices architecture. Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and enterprise application integrations. Contribute to distributed, event-driven system design using messaging-based solutions. Collaborate with architects, QA, business analysts, and Dev Ops teams to deliver high-quality solutions.



Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance, scalability, observability, and reliability improvements. What We Need6-10 years of software development experience with at least 4+ years focused on. NET (C#),. NET Core/. NET 6+, and backend development. Strong expertise in microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and object-oriented design principles. Hands-on experience with SQL/No SQL databases, messaging platforms (Azure Service Bus, Rabbit MQ, Kafka), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Dev Ops practices. Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, research, documentation, and day-to-day work outcomes. Expected to adopt AI-enabled ways of working while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and human review of outputs. Nice to Have Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development patterns.
