About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Steward to join our team at Hauz Khas, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and good knowledge of restaurant service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service operations.
- Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous service.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Handle guest requests, queries, and basic complaints professionally.
- Support the Captain/Manager in managing the service team.
- Guide and assist junior stewards in their daily responsibilities.
- Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and restaurant service standards.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment coordination.
- Maintain a positive and professional guest experience.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.




- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality service.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident personality.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service and guest handling.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Candidates with experience in reputed restaurants, cafs, QSRs, or hospitality brands will be preferred.

Significant Location Requirement Candidates should preferably be residing within approximately 10 km of the Hauz Khas location and should have their own accommodation/room near the workplace.

Candidates who are staying far from the location or depend on long-distance daily commuting are not preferred, as punctuality and availability are important for this role.
