Critical Deployment Notes

- The candidate should work from the Trivandrum/Kochi office for the first week and work remotely thereafter. We will provide the travel and accommodation expenses for the first week.

- Compliance: For the background verification (BGV) process, PAN card and Aadhaar card of the proposed resources will be required.
- The UAN number is required for selected candidates.

DETAILS We are seeking a Solution Architect with 8–15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of

5 years of hands-on experience in the Insurance, Membership, and Payment domains. The candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise solution architecture, microservices, API integration,

cloud platforms, and modern architectural patterns.

The role also requires a hands-on technical approach, with the ability to actively participate in coding and development activities alongside architecture and design responsibilities. The candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, providing architectural guidance to the development team, and contributing directly to implementation when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure architecture for enterprise

solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,



product owners, architects, and development teams

to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction throughout the project

lifecycle.
- Define integration patterns, API strategies, and microservices architecture.
- Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation

approaches.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and best

practices.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams during implementation and deployment.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery planning.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.
- Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making.

PRIMARY SKILLS

- 8+ years of robust hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using modern

architectural principles.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs,



Event-Driven Architecture, and API

Gateways.
- 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
- Strong understanding of application security, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and enterprise

integration patterns.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and following Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Secondary Skills (If Any)

- Experience with AI/ML platforms, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, or Analytics solutions.
- Experience with Azure Services, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar

enterprise platforms.
- TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications are

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
