Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Commerce/Retail).
n
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
n
- Configure and manage Retail/Commerce modules, including:
n
- Store Operations (POS)
n
- Retail Channels
n
- Product & Category Management
n
- Pricing & Promotions
n
- Loyalty Management
n
- Inventory Management
n
- Order Management
n
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.
n
- Work closely with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
n
- Support UAT, training, deployment,



and post-go-live activities.
n
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
n

n

Required Skills

n

n
- Robust experience in D365 F&O; Commerce/Retail implementation and support.
n
- Knowledge of POS, Store Commerce, Call Center, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes.
n
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and business process mapping.
n
- Understanding of integrations using APIs, Azure services, and third-party applications.
n
- Experience with data management and migration activities.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
