VITA is expanding its presence across Saurashtra and is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Field Sales Team.

n

Base Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Territory: Entire Saurashtra

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

n

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and expanding VITA's retail and furniture hardware business across Saurashtra.

n

n

The key objective is to establish VITA as a priority brand among retail dealers, hardware and plywood showrooms, and furniture manufacturing factories across the territory.

n

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail dealers in the Furniture and Hardware segment.

n

n

2. Identify and onboard quality Hardware, Plywood and Furniture Retail Showrooms and start VITA products with them.

n

n

3. Drive dealers to actively promote and prioritize VITA products in their showroom.

n

n

4. Develop VITA business with modular furniture and furniture manufacturing factories across the territory.

n

n

5. Identify new business opportunities and continuously expand VITA's customer base.

n

n

6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.

n

n

7. Ensure strong product visibility, availability and market penetration.

n

n

8. Regularly visit dealers, retailers, furniture factories and other key customers.

n

n

9. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

n

n

10. Gather market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback.

n

n

11. Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth order execution and customer support.

n

n

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

n

n

This is a field sales position covering the entire Saurashtra region.

n

n

On average, approximately 12 working days per month will be spent in Rajkot and approximately 14 working days per month will involve travel across other districts of Saurashtra.

n

n

Candidates should be comfortable with regular inter-city travel and extensive field work.

n

Other Furniture and Hardware Accessories

CANDIDATE PROFILE

n

n

We are looking for candidates who have:

n

n

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.

n

n

2. Solid experience working with retail Hardware, Plywood or Furniture customers.

n

n

3. Existing knowledge and relationships with Hardware and Plywood Retail Dealers.

n

n

4. Experience dealing with Furniture and Modular Furniture Factories.

n

n

5. Strong understanding of the local market and customer network across Saurashtra.

n

n

6. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

n

n

7. Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

n

n

8. Willingness to travel extensively across Saurashtra.

n

n

Experience in Furniture Hardware is highly preferred.

Candidates without experience dealing with Hardware/Plywood Retail Showrooms or Furniture Factories may not be suitable for this position.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

n

n

CTC: INR 35,000 to INR 40,000 per month

n

n

Performance-Based Incentives

n

n

Performance-based incentives linked to target achievement.

n

n

Additional 110 Percent Target Incentive

n

n

Additional incentive for achieving 110 percent or more of the assigned target.

n

n

Petrol and Fuel Allowance

n

n

Petrol and fuel allowance is provided for official field travel using a personal vehicle.

n





n

This allowance applies to official business travel both within Rajkot, the base location, and outside Rajkot across the assigned Saurashtra territory.

n

n

Hotel and Accommodation - Outstation Travel

n

n

Hotel and accommodation expenses are fully covered by the company whenever an overnight stay is required during official travel outside Rajkot.

n

n

Meals and Food - Outstation Travel

n

n

All meal and food expenses are fully covered by the company during official outstation travel outside Rajkot.

n

n

Intercity Travel - Outstation Travel

n

n

Bus, Train or other approved public transportation expenses for official travel between Rajkot and other cities or districts across Saurashtra are fully covered by the company.

n

n

Paid Leave

n

n

Paid Leave advantages are provided as per company policy.

n

n

IMPORTANT

n

n

While travelling for official work within Rajkot, the employee is eligible for Petrol and Fuel Allowance when using a personal vehicle.

n

n

For official travel outside Rajkot, Intercity Travel, Hotel Stay and Meals are covered by the company, along with Petrol and Fuel Allowance when a personal vehicle is used for official field travel.

n

n

No other daily allowance is applicable for routine work within the Rajkot base location, apart from the applicable Petrol and Fuel Allowance for official business travel.

n

We are looking for a result-oriented, market-driven and experienced sales professional who can independently manage the Saurashtra territory and build VITA into a priority brand among Furniture Hardware Dealers and Furniture Manufacturers.
