What you'll be doing

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Orah, you'll be an integral part of our engineering team, working across customer-facing products and internal systems.

You'll have the prospect to:
Own and deliver end-to-end features and projects
Work across both frontend and backend systems
Contribute to architecture, system design and technical decisions
Work closely with Product, Design and other engineering teams
Help improve code quality, development practices and engineering standards
Mentor and support other developers as you grow within the team
Contribute to longer-term technical initiatives, internal tooling and architectural improvements
Have an impact beyond your individual contributions by helping the team build better and move faster





What we're looking for

We're interested in engineers who:
Have 6+ years of qualified software engineering experience
Have experience building and maintaining production software
Are comfortable working across the full stack and navigating complex systems
Have a solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
Can make pragmatic technical decisions and understand trade-offs
Enjoy working closely with Product, Design and other engineering teams
Can communicate clearly and confidently, including with customers when required
Enjoy sharing knowledge, mentoring others and contributing to the broader engineering team
Take ownership and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment
