Compensation: $2,000 USD/month during 90-day review period ➔ $2,500 USD/month upon confirmation (~₹23L to ₹28.7 LPA equivalent)
Education Criteria: Tier 1 or Tier 2 Colleges (IIM, IIT, NIT‘s only)

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with 8+ years of software engineering experience. In this role, you will lead the technical design, development, and scaling of production applications across our product suite, with primary focus on our US-facing Ready Lease platform.

This is an architecture-aware, hands-on position. You will contribute to core backend systems, agile user interfaces, database design
