Responsibilities - To Support the Internal Audits, 5S Audits, ISO Audits or review with Engineers. - To identify the Energy saving equipment of the Site. - Develop quarterly, half yearly and annual plant shut down maintenance programs. - Awareness of Technical training / 5S Training given to Technical Team. - To Plan the Technical Manpower as per shift Schedule for Operations. - To Support on Emergency time like Breakdown, Planned and unplanned maintenance. - To visit shopfloor and peripheral project happening location. - To visit and ensure all the power related parameter within the range at 11KV HT substation. - Maintain a logbook of all activities providing statistics and reports as required. - Preparing the 52 weeks preventive maintenance schedule of all equipment's and electrical panels and mechanical equipment's. - Execution of 52 weeks preventive maintenance of equipment's and thermography of electrical panel. - Preparing and modifying the Daily, Monthly,
Quarterly and Yearly checklist for all equipment's and panels. - Preparing the documentation of History card, PM checklist, Asset list and Equipment tracking list. - Ensuring the documentation updating of History card, PM checklist, Asset list and Equipment tracking list. - Executing of Load balancing in Electrical Panels, UPS, Transformer and BBT. - Executing of Improvement activity in electrical system. - Corrective action taken based on thermography report. Required Skills To Monitoring the proper functioning of following system in the facility (a) All HV / MV / LV - Electrical Systems (b) Building Indoor and Outdoor lighting system. (c) Air Compressor and dryers (d) UPS System (e) STP /WTP /RO System. (f) Sky test area (g) DG Sets. (h) Chillers System Qualifications BE - Electrical/Mechanical
