MecTURING (a brand of Turing Eastland Pvt Ltd) is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and channel growth across Kerala .

We are an Indian Native AI robotics appliance company building intelligent products for contemporary homes — advanced robotic vacuum cleaners and smart home appliances. With 100,000+ customers, presence across 20+ states, 1,200+ service centres, and 4,000+ product demos conducted, we're building a strong omni-channel presence through retail and distribution partnerships.

Role Overview

n

The BDM will manage brand-tied stores, distributor & retail networks, offline sales activities, and drive overall revenue growth in Kerala.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Manage key retail accounts like Sathya & Croma, ensuring profitability and visibility

n

Build and strengthen distributor/dealer networks

n

Plan offline activities — demos, dealer meets, promotional campaigns

n





Own sales targets and territory growth for Kerala

n

Guide and manage in-store promoters/field team

n

Regular reporting and market feedback to leadership

n

Who We're Looking For

n

✔️ 2–7 years in business development, channel sales, or retail sales

n

✔️ Experience in consumer durables/electronics/FMCG preferred

n

✔️ Experience with distributors, dealers, or modern trade accounts

n

✔️ Fluency in Malayalam & English

n

✔️ Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala

n

✔️ Field-oriented, result-driven mindset

n

Compensation: ₹21,000 – ₹40,000 CTC/month + performance incentives + medical & accidental insurance
