- B. Com. (Mandatory) + LLB/M. Com./MBA (Finance)/CAn
- 3–5 years of experience in NGOs, Trusts, or Foundations onlyn
- Solid knowledge of finance, legal compliance, budgeting, and operations managementn
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder social development programsn
- Understanding of SDGs, ESG, SROI, and impact measurement frameworksn
- Strong MIS, reporting, and presentation skillsn
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesn
- English and Gujarati proficiency is mandatoryn
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution of SRKKF's social development programs aligned with SDGsn
- Drive budgeting, financial planning,



and resource allocation while ensuring financial accountabilityn
- Oversee MIS, reporting, and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersn
- Manage legal, audit, statutory, social, and financial compliance across all programsn
- Build and strengthen relationships with government bodies, NGOs, Trusts, Foundations, CSR partners, and community stakeholdersn
- Establish robust monitoring and evaluation systems using SROI, ESG, and SDG frameworksn
- Leverage technology and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and program impactn
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, mission-driven teamsn
