Job Position: ServiceNow Developer – ITSM + FSO
nWork Location: Noida / Pune / Hyderabad.
nExperience: 5 to 12+ Years

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSO solutions based on business requirements.n
- Configure and customize Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Agent Mobile App, Dispatching, Scheduling, Territories, and Workforce Management.n
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.n
- Configure and maintain FSO data models, scheduling policies, assignment rules, and resource management.n
- Integrate FSO with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and third-party applications.n
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.n
- Create and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows,



and automation processes.n
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.n
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.n
- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.n
