n* Ping command
n* IP address
n* Ticketing tools and incident handling

nAdded advantage:
n* Chat support experience
n* Chatbot support experience

nEligibility and work conditions:
n* Graduates only
n* Candidates with up to 4 years of experience may be considered if within budget
n* Six-day working week
n* Rotational shifts
n* No cab facility
