We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

n

● 2-4 years of experience in software product design. Working with B2B products is an

n

additional advantage

n

● A passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing products and experiences.

n





Please share a portfolio with two case studies that show your process end to

n

end: the problem, what you tried, what you discarded, and what shipped.

n

Polished final screens alone won't tell us much.

n

● You design with AI. You've built AI into your own workflow: research synthesis,

n

prototype generation, visual exploration, copy iteration and you have a point of view

n

on where it genuinely speeds you up and where it produces convincing-looking

n

noise.

n

● Can defend your craft; you can articulate why one design pattern serves a product

n

better than another, and you can change your mind when someone makes a better

n

case.

n

● A collaborative team player who can work well with Product and Engineering teams

n

to ensure that everyone is aligned with the design vision.

n

● Thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is your forte. You're comfortable

n

with change and can pivot with ease.

n

Here’s what you will do in this role:

n

● Work with stakeholders to solve customer problems and navigate product discovery

n

stages while closely working with CX and product teams.

n

● Creating fantastic products by obsessing about the ‘Why’ and backing it up with a

n





solid understanding of user needs and behavior.

n

● Partner with Product Managers on research: shaping the questions, joining sessions,

n

and turning findings into design decisions

n

● Executing visual design that is not just polished, consistent and intuitive but at the

n

same time factors in delight.

n

● Use AI tooling to compress the distance from idea to artifact: moving from concept

n

to a working, clickable prototype in days rather than weeks, so we test with real

n

users earlier

n

● Rapidly explore ideas and complex interactions through prototypes and test your

n

hypothesis with users using a variety of methodologies.

n

● Build and extend design systems so patterns hold up across teams, engagements,

n

and AI-generated implementations

n

● Comfortable navigating ambiguous or unfamiliar domains — able to research fast,

n

ask the right questions, and build a working understanding before a transparent brief exists.

n

● Clearly articulate the reasoning behind design decisions and confidently present

n

findings and final outputs to stakeholders, not just hand off screens.

n

Nice to have:

n

● Experience designing for data-dense enterprise environments (dashboards,

n

workflows, admin tooling).

n

● Front-end literacy (HTML/CSS/React basics) or experience with AI-assisted coding

n

tools

n

● Strong Figma fluency — variables, auto layout, variants, responsive design, and

n

general best practices for scalable file hygiene.
