The Senior Showroom Manager leads daily operations and drives luxury sales at our high-end lighting showroom. You will manage the showroom team, build relationships with interior designers and architects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Must Have

1. Vehicle Two wheelers

2. Computer Knowledge
3. 5-6 Yrs Experience in Showroom management.

4. Communication Skills
5. Pleasing Personality.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue

- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Guide the team to upsell and cross-sell luxury lighting collections.
- Close high-value deals with walk-in clients, homeowners, and trade professionals.

Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and mentor sales consultants and support staff.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews.
- Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.





Client and Trade Relations
- Build solid networks with interior designers, architects, and contractors.
- Host trade events, product launches, and designer networking nights.
- Handle VIP client requests and resolve any customer issues quickly.

Showroom Operations
- Maintain high visual standards and pristine product displays.
- Ensure all lighting fixtures, smart systems, and displays work properly.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and sample orders.
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and daily reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
