Architecture & Design school is seeking a agile and motivated Assistant Director – Corporate Resource Center (CRC) to strengthen our placement and industry engagement efforts. The CRC plays a vital role in shaping student careers through internships, projects, and final placements while building strong connections with the corporate world.





Establish and strengthen partnerships with leading corporates, MNCs, and reputed organizations.

Identify and engage new recruiters to expand the placement network across industries.

Identify, invite, and coordinate recruiters for campus placements and internship opportunities.

Collaborate with faculty to align placement activities with students’ academic background and career aspirations.

Guide and mentor students in interview preparation, resume building, and industry interactions.

Master’s degree in a technical field or related; specialization in architecture & design preferred.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate relations, career services, or recruitment.

Candidates with prior experience from universities or from industry roles involving B2B relationship development will be strongly preferred.

Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and event management capabilities.
