The Opportunity We are hiring a Strategy Manager to work directly with the Managing Director, operating as an extension of the MD’s Office. This role is designed for top-tier consulting talent looking to transition into an operating environment, with end-to-end ownership of strategy and execution. You will work on high-stakes, high-impact problems spanning growth strategy, new ventures, capital allocation, and organizational priorities. Solve High-Impact Strategic Problems • Work closely with the MD on ambiguous, high-priority business questions • Structure problems, develop hypotheses, and drive data-backed recommendations • Lead deep-dives on market entry, expansion, and investment decisions 2. Own Business Performance Insights • Build and drive data-led performance tracking frameworks • Identify risks and opportunities across business verticals • Enable sharper decision-making through structured insights 4. Lead Special Projects & Recent Initiatives • Drive 0→1 initiatives, partnerships, and new business opportunities • Work on strategic projects across real estate, hospitality,
