Key Requirements

~ B. Com. (Mandatory) + LLB/M. Com./MBA (Finance)/CA

~3–5 years of experience in NGOs, Trusts, or Foundations only

~ Robust knowledge of finance, legal compliance, budgeting, and operations management

~ Experience in managing multi-stakeholder social development programs

~ Understanding of SDGs, ESG, SROI, and impact measurement frameworks

~ Strong MIS, reporting, and presentation skills

~ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

~ English and Gujarati proficiency is mandatory

~ Lead strategy, planning, and execution of SRKKF's social development programs aligned with SDGs

~ Drive budgeting, financial planning,



and resource allocation while ensuring financial accountability

~ Oversee MIS, reporting, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

~ Manage legal, audit, statutory, social, and financial compliance across all programs

~ Build and strengthen relationships with government bodies, NGOs, Trusts, Foundations, CSR partners, and community stakeholders

~ Establish robust monitoring and evaluation systems using SROI, ESG, and SDG frameworks

~ Leverage technology and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and program impact

~ Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, mission-driven teams
