We are currently hiring an experienced Automation Architect – Selenium & Java for our Banking Technology Practice based in Navi Mumbai .

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect with strong expertise in Selenium Automation, Java Framework Development, Test Automation Architecture, and Banking Domain Testing .





The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale automation frameworks from scratch, driving automation strategy, implementing CI/CD integrations, and enabling automation governance across large banking transformation programs.

This role requires a robust blend of technical architecture expertise, automation strategy, banking domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities to drive end-to-end automation excellence.

Automation Architecture & Framework Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.
Define automation architecture standards, coding standards, and best practices.
Develop reusable automation components and utilities to improve productivity.
Drive framework enhancements to support enterprise banking applications.
Establish automation governance and quality assurance standards.

Automation Execution & Reporting
Define automation execution strategies across projects and programs.
