We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive domestic sales growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm and cold calls, meetings, and networking.

Manage and optimize IndiaMart and other online platforms for lead generation and sales.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and data analysis.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

1-3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the plastic industry.

~ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

~ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwares.

~ Good knowledge of IndiaMART and online sales platforms.
