nThe Instock Associate will be a key member of the Commercial team, supporting inventory health and availability for their assigned category end-to-end. This role bridges commercial strategy and operational execution to help drive sustainable growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Manage inventory,



inventory health, item-level forecasting, assortment planningn
Participate in manufacturer and vendor reviews; drive vendor operational improvement through measurement and process improvementn
Interact with operations teams and drive efficiencies through team collaborationn
Manage inbound shipments: fill rate, ASNs, operational issues, lead timen
Achieve and maintain high instock rates on replenishment programsn
Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability, determine exit strategy for unproductive inventory Requirementn
Demonstrate robust proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL Experience working with large and complex data sets to drive business decisionsn
Proven ability to manage large and complicated cross functional projects Experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholdersn
