Role & responsibilities

- Lead full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, covering requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.

- Drive hands-on configuration of core FI modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting.

- Configure and manage CO modules, with strong expertise in Cost Center (CCA), Profit Center (PCA), Cost Element, and General Controlling.

- Implement and manage advanced costing processes, including Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Material Ledger with Actual Costing.

- Manage seamless integration between SAP FICO and cross-functional modules (MM, SD, PP).

- Collaborate with ABAP developers to design functional specifications for custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows (WRICEF).

- Develop and execute test plans for Unit Testing, Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot, resolve, and support complex L2/L3 functional issues and production tickets within SLAs.

- Conduct business workshops, prepare functional documentation, and deliver training to end-users.

- Mentor junior consultants and manage client and internal stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation,



configuration, and support.

- Implementation Track Record: Must have worked on at least 3 to 4 full lifecycle end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects (Blueprint through Go-Live & Support).

- Core FI Skills: Strong functional and configuration expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).

- Advanced CO Skills: Specialized expertise in Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Material Ledger with Actual Costing, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).

- Integration Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of FI/CO integration with cross-functional modules (MM, SD, PP).

- Platform Knowledge: Prior hands-on experience or working exposure with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.

- Technical Collaboration: Proven experience in preparing Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborating with ABAP teams for custom developments (WRICEF).

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance is a strong plus).

- Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing abilities, solid communication skills, stakeholder management, and experience leading business workshops and end-user training.
