Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, collaborate effectively within teams, and have deep expertise across Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Exposure to additional Salesforce products and tools will be considered a solid advantage.

Key Responsibilities Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutionsDesign and implement solutions using Salesforce best practicesConfigure and customize Salesforce (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, etc.)Work closely with stakeholders, business users,



and cross-functional teamsLead client discussions, workshops, and solution presentationsEnsure high-quality delivery through proper testing and documentationSupport integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware toolsMentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge sharingOptimize system performance and ensure data integrity

Required Skills & Qualifications 5–8 years of Salesforce consulting/development experienceStrong expertise in:Sales CloudService CloudExperience CloudExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong teamwork and collaboration abilitiesHands-on experience with:Flows and Process AutomationApex, Triggers, and LWCReports and DashboardsSalesforce IntegrationGood understanding of Salesforce data model and security architectureSalesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatoryIntegration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Middleware)

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have) Experience with additional Salesforce products (CPQ, Marketing Cloud, FSL,E-commerce etc.)Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Copado, etc)Salesforce certifications PD2Hands on experience in AgentforceExperience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
