nWe're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 2–8 years of experience to join our Software Development team. You'll own the backend of analytics-driven web applications end to end - building scalable APIs, designing data models, and ensuring the systems that power our data visualization and tracking products are rapid, reliable, and maintainable. The ideal candidate is a strong Python developer who takes ownership, writes clean code, and uses contemporary tooling (including AI) to ship quality work on time.

Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python. N
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned features - from design through implementation, deployment, and maintenance. N
Model and optimize datastorage across SQL and NoSQL databases to support analytics workloads. N
Build and maintain integrations that serve clean,
structured data to the frontend and analytics layers. N
Participate actively incode reviews and uphold engineering best practices. N
Translate business and product requirements into reliable technical solutions. N
Use AI tools in your day-to-day workflow to accelerate delivery without compromising code quality. N
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the backend stack with initiative. N
Write clean, efficient,well-documented, and well-tested code. N
nRequired Skills

2–8 years of professional backend development experience. N
Solid proficiency in Python. N
Hands-on experience with at least one Python web framework - Django, FastAPI, or Flask. N
Solid experience with both RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. N
Strong command of Git/GitHub and version control workflows. N
Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs. N
Sound understanding of software
