nAbout the Role
nWe are hiring a Lead Software Engineer for a high-growth Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad. This is a senior individual contributor and team lead role — you will own end-to-end delivery, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while staying hands-on with code. The stack is Azure-first, event-driven, and cloud-native.
nWhat You'll Do

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-grade cloud-native applicationsn
Architect and build microservices and event-driven systems using Kafka and Azure-native servicesn
Develop scalable backend APIs using .NET Core and C# with clean architecture principlesn
Build and maintain React-based frontends integrated with robust backend systemsn
Own infrastructure-as-code delivery using Terraform on Azuren




Containerise and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetesn
Define and enforce CI/CD pipeline standards across the teamn
Write and enforce integration testing standards for production-grade qualityn
Mentor 3–6 engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical guidancen
Collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps stakeholders across geographiesn

nWhat We're Looking For

Expert-level .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C# developmentn
Solid React and TypeScript with production delivery experiencen
LINQ proficiency for data access and manipulationn
