Role Overview : -

- We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications across both frontend and backend systems.

- You will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to build robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities : -

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Write clean, reusable, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack.

- Design and manage database structures, queries, and data workflows.

- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.

- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture discussions.

- Support deployment, monitoring, and DevOps-related activities.

Requirements : -

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms.

- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.

- Experience with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS.

- Experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js and Django.

- Familiarity with relational databases and query optimization.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.

Good to Have : -

- Experience working on SaaS products.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

- Exposure to cloud-based application development.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
