Experience: 5–8 Years

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Python development
- Kafka and event-driven architecture
- Distributed systems and microservices
- Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge
- Experience in SaaS platform development
- System design, scalability, and performance tuning
- Git, CI/CD, and Linux
- Experience building and supporting production-grade applications

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications
- Build and integrate event-driven systems using Kafka
- Develop reliable microservices and distributed systems
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
- Follow best practices for code quality, CI/CD, and production deployments

Position 2: Python Technical Lead

Experience: 8+ Years

Mandatory Skills

- Expert-level Python development
- Strong experience with distributed systems at scale
- Kafka and event-driven architecture
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- SaaS platform development




- System design and architecture
- Microservices, scalability, reliability, and performance
- Technical leadership and mentoring
- Strong experience working in Linux production environments

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable Python-based SaaS platforms
- Define technical architecture and engineering best practices
- Drive development of distributed systems and microservices
- Design and implement Kafka-based event-driven solutions
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, security, and performance
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance
- Review code and drive engineering quality across the team
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
