What you’ll do:
6+ Years in IT.
Design, build, and operate microservices in Python and/or Node.js, deployed to AKS
Integrate Claude (Anthropic API) into product features — prompt design, tool use, and reliable handling of model responses
Build and maintain services across our meeting, SMS, and vendor-facing domains
Lead decoupling efforts: carve well-bounded services out of existing systems, define clean APIs and event contracts, and manage data/traffic migration with minimal disruption
Integrate third-party vendor APIs (telephony/SMS, meeting platforms) with an eye toward resilience and graceful degradation
Own observability, performance, and on-call reliability for the services you ship.
