Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage project execution from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.

- Oversee site management activities, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project progress.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during installation and commissioning of PLC panels at customer sites.

- Monitor project performance metrics such as schedule status, budget variance, and quality control to identify areas for improvement.

- Lead and oversee controls installation, commissioning, and project execution activities across multiple sites

- Plan, allocate, and optimize site execution resources to ensure timely project delivery and budget adherence.

- Drive quality, safety, and process compliance through audits, reviews, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Monitor project progress, resolve execution bottlenecks,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective issue resolution.

- Manage customer and contractor relationships to enhance execution quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and project outcomes

- Coach, mentor, and develop site teams while driving performance, capability building, and employee engagement.

Job Requirements :

- 9-12 years of experience in industrial automation industry with expertise in project management.

- Solid understanding of installation and commissioning processes for PLC panels.

- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD/ Bricscad, Drawing Reading

- Knowledge about barcode scanners and their working

- Knowledge about networking (Profinet, Ethernet etc.)

- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook
